Fun fact: If shopping relaxes you, your “rest and digest” system kicks in, which can stimulate digestion. Which is why many of us have the urge to poop while shopping! 🙃

do not use disposable wipes and flush them in your toilet, especially if you have a septic system no matter what they just clog up your pipes and now that you are a homeowner you will have to pay plumbers to come and clean that out and that’s like easily more than $1500. Pay a plumber to come and put a bidet in. It’s cheaper and better.
