@vdwjanco: 1. Stop treating arms as an afterthought Most people do 15 sets of chest and back, then finish with 2 rushed sets of curls. If bigger arms are the goal, prioritize them. 2. Get stronger on the basics Focus on progressive overload on: - Chin-ups - Close-grip bench press - Dips - Barbell curls Bigger lifts usually lead to bigger arms. 3. Train triceps more Your triceps make up roughly two-thirds of your upper arm size. Most people obsess over biceps while neglecting triceps. 4. Eat enough food If you’re trying to build bigger arms while staying in a large calorie deficit, progress will be slow. Muscle needs fuel to grow. 5. Be patient An extra 2–4 cm on your arms can completely change your physique, but that doesn’t happen in a few weeks. Consistency wins. #gymtips #arms #muscle #GymTok
