Yeah, my content repurposing process uses AI... but I use AI in my workflow to speed up my process and multiply the content I have already created. AI isn't doing the creating for me. Let's get into HOW I keep this AI process as human as fucking possible... Step one is me sitting in a chair talking to a camera for 23 minutes... my thoughts, my ideas, my words, all straight from my brain. Step three is me reading every piece of repurposed content that Claude created and changing whatever needs changing. (don't worry, I didn't forget step two... just want to keep you on the edge of your seat) The middle is the only part that runs on its own, and it only runs because I spent MONTHS telling it exactly how I work. A lot of people want that middle part of my process without taking the time to focus on what happens before and after that. They want to skip the recording, skip the editing, and get a week of content out of a topic and a vibe. And you technically CAN do that, but I really don't think you SHOULD do that. You will produce content that could belong to literally anyone, which defeats the point of having a personal brand at all. The long-form content creation portion is where your actual thinking happens. The edit pass is where you catch the caption that is technically

You will produce content that could belong to literally anyone, which defeats the point of having a personal brand at all. The long-form content creation portion is where your actual thinking happens. The edit pass is where you catch the caption that is technically "correct" but sounds nothing like what you would say out loud. The bottleneck was always the twelve small acts of moving text from one window to another, and taking that CHUNKY piece of content and breaking it down. I still enjoy the fuck out of creating my content, I just don't have to worry about the more administrative, time-consuming parts of the process. That is the part I will outsource to a damn robot 9 out of 10 times, all day, every day.
