usually glitches like that come from ur cache being full or just preview strain, is the glitch still there when you render?

i literally downloaded deep glow plugin and then it says error and doesnt show up in my effects💔 so idk cause i used to have deep glow but idk what happened for it to happen so - so now i have to use default glow but i think its fine anyways so
