@thatnycsportsguy: With the 2026 FIFA World Cup just days away from starting, I figured to do my best and predict which of the 32 countries out of the total 48 participating in this year’s World Cup will qualify from the group stage to the round of 32. In the group stage there are 12 groups, groups A-L with 4 countries in each group. The 2 countries in 1st and 2nd place in each group and the top 8 best 3rd place teams in all 12 groups will advance to the round to the 32. Starting off with Group A, we have Mexico, South Korea, South Africa and Czechia. I predict that in group A of the 2026 FIFA World Cup will have Mexico in 1st place, South Korea in 2nd place, Czechia in 3rd place and South Africa in 4th place. This means that both Mexico and South Korea will immediately advance to the round of 32 in the World Cup and depending on Czechia’s performance they may advance as well. What do you think?
