i love the fact that theyre bringing masters of the universe back !! but the only issue i have is the fact that most she-ra fans (who mostly consist of ppl who have watched only the reboot version of she-ra), will expect the possible she-ra movie to have aspects of the reboot show when the og version is more aligned with masters of the universe and he-man. the sad part is that the original she-ra show is already hated on in it’s own fandom (which again, now contains more reboot fans), leaving the big possibility that if a she-ra movie were to come out, most fans from nowadays wouldnt like it :( im really excited, and i like both versions of she-ra dearly, so i just hope that ppl won’t hate on it bcuz of the fact that it’ll most likely be based on the 80’s version !!!

As someone who started off as a fan of the She-Ra Reboot and got whisked away into the MOTU fandom by a certain wizard 👀 I find it really sad just how many SPOP fans absolutely HATE the original and motu. CMOONNN!! without the og she-ra and motu we would’ve never HAD the reboot!!

as someone who watched the original she ra as a kid after my mom showed me, and as a queer woman who absolutely loved the added diversity to the Netflix version, it's so unfair to the original she ra for the new fans to hate on it. it was such an amazing girl power show that is so important to women like my mom who grew up with it. recognize it as a part of the time it was made, and find it in yourselves to enjoy it too. it is so unfair to demand your version get the theatre release when fans of the original have been waiting much longer.

She-Ra on Netflix was trash. I watched the original MOTU and She-Ra in the 80’s and that crap did not honor the source material. I did see the new MOTU film and I loved it and I am happy that the director used the original She-Ra design in the mid credits scene and not the 12 year old looking one.

I pray we don’t get the reboot version of She-Ra I want it to say true to the original storyline. There is so much more to explore there than what the reboot did. OG He-Man and She-Ra were so good for so many amazing reasons so I hope we get it like we did in the MOTU movie💕
