@leslieannofficial: 80% of women experience Musculoskeletal Syndrome of Menopause… and most have never heard of it. If you’re in your 40s and suddenly dealing with: ✨ Achy joints ✨ Stiffness when you get up ✨ Tendon pain (elbows, knees, shoulders) ✨ Muscle loss and weakness ✨ More injuries and slower recovery ✨ Neck, back, hip, or shoulder pain …it may not be aging. It may be your hormones. As estrogen declines during perimenopause and menopause, it can affect your muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue—leaving many women feeling like their body is falling apart overnight. You’re not imagining it, and you’re not alone. #perimenopause #womenshealth #hormonehealth #musculoskeletalsyndromeofmenopause #womenover40

I think there’s a third, the eternal fatigue. I have some of the musculoskeletal issues, but the exhaustion is the thing that affects me the most. HRT helps, but the constant tiredness is awful.

Same here!!! I don’t have many of the stereotypical symptoms. My body is not cooperating with me. So frustrating.

Do you swim or lay in sun with patch on? Any estrogen dumping or problems with the patch?
