Hello Janice👋, one of the things that I have noticed regarding No shows or even last minute cancellations, a lot of people are disconnected from having an accurate sense of time because they're neurodivergent or have ADHD and don't realize it, or have either not been diagnosed or been misdiagnosed, it's extremely common, especially for women. And then there's the embarrassment or shame, even though it doesn't make sense. I am not making excuses, because some people are just jerks, but medically I've seen this quite a bit And I think it's a lot more common than most people realize. I hope this helps.💓

I will never understand. As a client, I do unfortunately have same day cancelation more than I would like because of my pain days. My service providers are so understanding BUT I always make sure to pay a fee OR when they didnt want to charge me, I would still venmo something to them.

Same, I'll never understand. It also states that they lose their deposit if they don't give a 24-hour's notice. Yet I still have some that rather lose $100 than to just cancel or communicate? Beyond bizarre.

Especially just starting out my business & I drive anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes to my suite (my choice) sometimes I’m going in for one person which I’m more than happy to do, but I don’t play with my time when it gets disrespected. I hate when people in general do this. When you make plans or whatever, let alone an appointment with a provider or a service of some store, even a doctor's appointment, it's so annoying. I completely understand why places and establishments have no show deposits, and like all of these things like charges, I get it. It's annoying You're taking the spot of someone who actually wants said Service done and the service provider can actually make money.

My hair girl only has her booking site link through instagram and a requirement to book it to enter your Instagram account name because if they do a no show she blocks them not only by phone number but by instagram
