I have hypertension for 15 years and been on medication since. I check my heart kidneys and liver every 6 months and I check my BP at home first thing in the morning.

even if u dont go to the hospital often,just study ur body system all the time...be boiling cloves,hwentea,3soro wisa,ginger,garlic,pr3k3s3 some from time to time to drink to boost the immune system up...i know drinking of lemon warm water is very good for the kidneys,so we need to be practising that....den at least once a check up will do...we need to be serious

The pressure goes high once there's kidney problem. I know the kidneys also have cells that produce a hormone known as renin that regulate blood pressure. Several factors can lead to kidney problem. Uncontrolled long standing high blood pressure, medication such as some aphrodisiac, inadequate hydration over time, etc. As for the youth, they're fond of using aphrodisiac for sexual intercourse. My personal experience: one aphrodisiac known as Zeman almost killed me if not for my alertness as a biotechnogist. If I had continued with one more tablet for the third day, two days of seeing early signs,I would have been buried. Interestingly it was prescribed for me by a medical doctor(obs&gyane.). Zeman was prescribed together with Diclofenac and celecobxib. Meanwhile I had been on Amlodipine. Surprisingly, I called the doctor asa I detected swelling feet, he said it was due to the Amlodipine. I didn't take his answer lightly. I moved straight to the hospital. Meanwhile I had suspected Zeman so I stopped taking. At the hospital, my blood pressure had gone high. I realized myself, that the the high blood pressure might be due to kidney things. I was asked to do kidney function test which result cane after my discharge because stopping that suspected drug couldn't poison my kidneys anymore. While at home, I decided to get back to the hospital to see if the results had come. I found myself that I had developed kidney failure stage 3. Further test at medilab showed that the situation had reversed.

To solve it u need to start fasting , fast fast for 16 hours a day… and eat something small,, i mean light meal… reduce creatinine in ur blood by eating less protein … eat more grapes and other fruits .. eat once a days drink lots of water, continue for 6 months .. and do ur test again,,. U will see great improvement … when u fast u reduce inflammation which is the main cause ,,
