I've never had to take a screen off with any portable AC unit and all of them have gone down to 60. Seems like it works just like ANY other portable unit.

someone show the UK it's okay to put bug screens on the windows 🥲 I live here and have to put up mesh screens with tape and Velcro. I would have to use the transformers in order to use the portable ACs I have from the states 😭
