when will people learn, it takes dogs TIME to settle in. you cant truly tell if a dog is a right fit in 1 week. if you are that impatient for an instant perfect dog then dont get a dog.

That was my dog Steve. He was returned after a week. We’ve had him for almost 10 years. He is a good boy. I hope that baby gets a new family soon.

I was fostering to adopt this little fella. when my resident dog didn't like him , I took him back to shelter. days went by and I couldn't stop thinking about him. he's such a sweet dog. my mind kept telling " you pulled him out kept him a week and you took him back. he could have possibly been adopted and you took that chance away from him. " I went back a two days later and made it official. now there he is spoiled AF.
