@courthousecouture: Replying to @briatrennice The knife information presented at the Karmelo Anthony trial #courthousecouture #karmeloanothony #92percent #legaltiktok #karmeloanthonycase
I didn’t catch the whole thing but I just read one of the defense witness transcripts and cross looked really rough for them

I thought it was a tool to clean the cleats and not a knife knife

explanations :
A pocket knife is specifically mentioned in Frisco ISD student code of conduct as a prohibited item. He would have faced consequences from the school if they had found it. Even a blade as small as a razor is prohibited. Their SCoC is available on their website.

I really wish they would have televised this. People are too lazy to look at the transcripts and there’s so much false info going around. It not being televised is how people can manipulate testimony to fit their narrative and be divisive. It’s so sad.

Why was a picture of the knife shown in court and not the actual knife?

The total length was at least 7 inches if the blade was 3.5 bc when closed the blade sits in the handle

Thank you for confirming the 🔪 situation. I have been trying to get people to understand that and it’s difficult to explain in comments.

Will evidence become public after the trial? Or we still don’t know yet?

Did yall not go to public school? You can’t have a weapon no matter what size the blade is. You’ll get suspended for a razor blaze. There’s absolutely no policy in this country that affirms bringing a knife on school property determined by the blade size. It’s zero tolerance, even a defense witness said so. It’d be nice to have a productive debate on this case but KA’s “side” is completely ignoring what’s happening in the court room and distorting their own opinion as fact and completely changing the narrative. It’s unserious and delusional.

I keep hearing it was a cleat cleaner not a knife. The distinction is very important so it doesn't appear he had a weapon on campus

I do not understand why there is so much emphasis on him bringing a weapon to school grounds like is it an extra charge??? The location of the incident doesn’t matter or change the charges or length of sentencing ??? Please explain.
