Genuine question with no judgement. Do you guys not have rental inspections in the US? In Aus we have at least one every 3 months and when I was a broke 20yo that lived in a party house the only time it was ever CLEAN clean was the day before an inspection. 😂 Husband and I were just saying the other day we kinda miss it because it forced us to really get our shit together once a quarter so we didn’t get any strikes/evicted. 😅
