I don't know if he'll make this list, but Hans Capon from KCD 1 and 2 is one of my favorite queer characters in gaming because his bisexuality is handled with so much nuance. He doesn't have the words for his feelings because it's 1403 so he finds his own way of explaining it in the tale of Lancelot and Galehaut. If you choose to romance him in the second game, his journey towards realizing and accepting his feelings for Henry will be very clear, but it is implied (and confirmed by his actor) that Hans is in love with Henry even if you don't romance him, he just won't act on it. A lot of his dialogue outside of the romance-specific moments can be read as romantic, which, if you do choose to romance him, makes it feel like the romance extends far beyond the four or five explicitly romantic moments. I also love that his romance path is clearly shaped by the fact that these two men can't be open about their love for each other in medieval times, but it doesn't center the oppression either. Neither of them ever comment on it because it doesn't need to be said.
