@drkopelman: The Best Hair Loss Treatment Plan Is Often Simpler Than You Think If you’re experiencing hair loss, the foundation of treatment is usually a combination of a DHT blocker, minoxidil, and regular scalp care. DHT blockers such as finasteride or dutasteride help address one of the main causes of male and female pattern hair loss. Minoxidil helps stimulate hair growth and can improve hair density over time. I also encourage patients to shampoo their scalp regularly, as a healthy scalp free of excess oil, buildup, and inflammation creates a better environment for hair growth. The key is consistency. Most people don’t need the latest trend or miracle product. They need a proven treatment plan they can stick with for the long term. #HairLoss #HairGrowth #Minoxidil #Finasteride #HairRestoration
This is a good protocol, dutasteride is key because finasteride can stop working after a couple years.

EJ + MJ = ❤️ :
I’m on oral 5mg minoxidil/1.1 Finastaride for the last 5 month and seeing results. Slow but results. Probably should still stay on this regiment but I have been thinking about Dutasteride but afraid it might block DHT too much? I’m on TRT also. Don’t we need DHT and blocking about 90% does harm? I’m 62 and seeing very good results so far. But slow.
