A personal brand should drive profit, impact, and expansion - if it’s not then it’s actually blocking it. The three most common personal brand blocks: 1. Energy 2. Message 3. Strategy Energy comes first, your personal brand is a frequency that people feel before they see or hear you or your marketing, you channel that frequency into headshots, content, websites, offers, etc. but if the energy isn’t aligned or you have visibility wounds, that’s what people feel before you even get a chance to talk about your work. Your message should easily communicate who you are, what you do and why someone needs it, if someone can’t understand what you do or why they need it within seconds - they move on. You don’t need a strategy until the energy and message are locked in, but most start with a strategy and forget what actually matters.
