Add all the mentioned spices and let them marinate in fridge for at least an hour.  3. Grease your hands with oil and wrap some mixture around the skewers to make seekh kababs.  4. For grill marks , cook the seekh kababs on stove flame for one minute, this process will cook them 50%. This recipe will yield 14 big seekh kababs.  5. Now place the seekh kababs in a bowl and give coals smoke for 10-15 minutes. At this point you can freeze the kababs.  6. To fry the kababs , grease a frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, excessive cooking may result in dry kababs.
