@elevatewithaeran: Stop buying store-bought wraps and try these 2 ingredient wraps instead!👇🏽 These wraps are full of fibre and are absolutely delicious! Ingredients: - 10g chia seeds - 150g oats - 450ml water Method: 1. Blend all ingredients 2. Let mixture sit for 10 mins 3. Heat a pan on medium heat with avocado oil spray 4. Add mixture to pan and cook on 1 side for 4 mins 5. Flip and cook for further 2 mins 6. Add ingredients of choice *I noticed my 2nd wrap was a lot better than the first (similar vibe to pancakes) I hope you guys enjoy these! 🙌🏽

Other alternative: remember the greek yogurt bagel recipe ? do that as tortilla dough / pizza dough it’s the best thing ever!!
