that's not true there are two variant the global and Chinese variant and the Chinese variant could so support your SIM card but doesn't have all the network bands but the global would also do perfectly in the US because it has all the network bands

these two are not the biggest issues for me tbh. the real issue for me is no FCM and lag of app notifications for Google Play apps such as Gmail, Whatsapp, etc.

The only reason I wouldn’t buy one is if you live in a very rural location or are an adventurer. In any major city or at least mid-cities you’ll get a strong signal. As for the speeds, I get better signal and download than other native devices. My cellular signal switches (4G to 5G) faster on my Xiaomi 14 Pro than on iPhone, and that device is 2-3 years old!!! My wife’s iPhone 16 Pro struggles compared to my device. I even get the 5G advanced on T-Mobile. Your point on warranty is valid but some retailers will offer you at least a year warranty but you’ll have to ship it to them potentially leaving you without a device.
