@nunnamaryskitchen: Bocconcini Stuffed Meatballs 🍝 Using @lacasadelformaggio Cherry Bocconcink to take your average meatballs to the next level SAVE RECIPE 👇🏼 Meatballs: • La Casa Del Formaggio Cherry Bocconcini • 500g Beef Mince • 1 cup Panko Crumbs • 1 Egg • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced • 1/4 cup Parmesan • 1 Tbsp Basil, chopped fine • Salt & Pepper Sauce • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil • 1 small Onion, diced • 3 cloves of Garlic, sliced thin • 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes • Dried Oregano • Salt & Pepper Method 1. Preheat oven to 200c 2. Combine all meatball ingredients except bocconcini in a bowl 3. Divide mixture into 12 portions. Flatten each portion, place a bocconcini ball in the centre and seal the meat around it forming a meatball 4. Place into an oiled baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until golden and brown 5. While the meatballs are cooking, heat oil in a pan on medium heat and cook onions for 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for a further minute 6. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt + pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy #meatballs #DinnerIdeas
