YEAH YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE? They still charge an 18% gratuity AAAND they charge AN ADDITIONAL 5% tip unless you decline that on your phone before you leave. This is so annoying to me because they are providing less service than they used to!

their popcorn tastes so much worse now. I make popcorn in a pot at home. I used to love the Drafthouse popcorn, it was similar quality to homemade. When I went a week ago, the popcorn tasted so fake to me. definite drop in quality.

18% automatic tip for a server to drop food off and never come back. I wanted to ask about my kids getting a kid sized lemonade with a lid,(it wasn’t an option online) couldn’t do that. Couldn’t find anybody for a to-go box. Because nobody working was around the people next to us talked loudly the entire time! It even annoyed my kids! I’m so bummed to say, I don’t think we will be back. Used to love Alamo.😕
