Jentle beware of the rules. After register it is entirely responsibility of revenue department. Purchaser and seller has no concern with mutation. IAW manual of land revenue Registery Muharar, Sadar Qanoongo, Halqa qanoon, Haqa patwari are automatically responsible for registering of mutation by each one in stipulated time. No one can sell the land after register. Gentleman update your knowledge. Dont misguide the peoples. Reas the relevant rule, procedure, time bond, in Manual of Land Revenue. Fard is always annexed with registery. Rule clearly states that purchaser or seller are forbidden show are give copy of registery to qanoon, Patwari and any other authority. Update your knowledge in this regard. Dont misguide the public. The fee of mutation is paid with fee of registery automatically. Thereafter registering of mutation is automatic responsibility of revenue authorities with in stipulated time for each, Registry Moharar, Sadar qanoongo, Haqa qanoongo and patwari within stipulated time for each one. No one can sell the land selled through registry because a note is made in the Haqdarn zameen register. Showing are giving copy of registery is very clearly in the rule.
