Sephiroth is such a complex character. All his crimes stem from his depression and his dilemma of his own self worth and purpose. He may do sht with sheer and ruthless determination because it's his purpose or is what he deems is so but, deep down he is confused of who he really is and what he is made for. He struggles with his humanity is all I can say. I think his complex of defiance is similar to lucifer in a way idk guys( he may not be my favorite character and I call him a bich all the time but I can't deny he is a good character to dwell in I don't forgive for killin aerith though f him)
