The "taco napkin" is a disposable interlabial pad. Interlabial pads help direct the flow of blood into the center of the pad and also slows down gushes. It's like a wick. Both pads would be disposed of in the trash

Y'all need to try menstrual cups! They're so comfortable and you can wear it for 12 hours with no leaks. This looks cumbersome and uncomfortable to me...

Ok so this is an interlabial pad. She demonstrated it kinda backwards, you stick it on two fingers the other direction then shove it snugly between the lips. Then wear a pad too. They're for when you have a rly heavy day and can't run to the toilet a lot. On the box it shows someone leading a meeting/presentation, a teacher, a busy server etc. It's just an added layer to absorb more and minimize leakage. It doesn't have the plastic layer like pads do so it's fully flushable. it's made to be flushed. I recommend them for times when you're standing or sitting for a long time, but idk if I would trust it for like sports. it might slip around.
