No, we are not okay. We spent too much time thinking of others that we forgot about ourselves. We have become damaged and broken. True we feel others pain, but just because we feel doesn't mean we should belittle ourselves for others for their sake. We feel pain for a reason, a lesson, and thats why everyone goes through pain, so life tests us to see who we are. And if we fail we learn and then grow. So, don't worry about everyone, just help where ever you and focus on yourself to grow and live. Because that is what we are doing now, just moving forward the best you can.
