I wish I had the discipline once again to start eating healthier and exercise! I got pregnant in summer 2023 and I've never struggled more with my body image. funny thing is I look at old photos of me in which I thought I was fat and I looked so good omg 😅😏 we're never happy with what we have when we have it.
