I have done hundreds of interviews and podcasts over the last decade. But none quite like today with Kap Chatfield. 😳🤯 I can't even really tell you what happened... I was prepared to go in and talk about my new book, "Beggar to Believer." 3hrs in and I realize we had hardly talked about it at all! I told my story. Like a million times before. But then he asked me, what about now? What is God doing in you NOW? And I knew... I had a choice. Give him the "interview answer" and talk about future projects and plans... Or just be honest. All week on my LIVES one phrase has kept coming up on repeat... "Freedom begins with HONESTY." So I just got honest... I told the truth of how God continues to burn out impurities in my life. And how I keep seeing areas of selfishness and pride. How God keeps showing me how my actions hurt those close to me while people on the internet get the "best" of me. I wondered why at the last minute I felt like God kept telling me my wife needed to come with me on this trip... But I get it now. Today wasn't just an interview, it was a breakthrough! We spent about 4-5hrs total with Kap, and we got brutally honest about where we have been, are, and heading. It was so freeing to just tell the story and let someone pray over us. I needed today more than I knew, and I am so grateful for mighty men of God like Kap! This will be one you won't want to miss! I will let you all know when it will air, as soon as I know. Thank you for having me on your show today Kap! It was more of a blessing to me than you even know! God is up to something here...😏 This won't be the last time we do some Kingdom building together! And to those of you who follow me or this ministry... Just because God called me to teach and preach His word, doesn't mean I have it all figured out myself. I'm in the middle of the story with the rest of you! But if we wait till we have it "all figured out" we will never get started. Tell your story NOW. It doesn't need a pretty bow on it to be told. It's ok if it's still messy! That's why and how God gets the glory, not you! Don't let the enemy hold you back with fear. Someone is waiting on the other side of YOUR story! 🥰👊🔥
