How do we forget so quickly that when we were hunted, Africa gave us shelter? That Zimbabwean, Malawian, Mozambican, and Nigerian hands helped build South Africa, just as South African hands helped us in our own struggles? To chase a brother away for his accent or nationality is to spit on our own history. We should unite as one nation — not 54 small ones fighting each other, but one African nation strong in diversity.
