2023 379lbs wfh corp job maybe 2k steps a day sometimes . 2026 wfh corp job 10k steps everyday min 4 days in the gym 3 days boxing cardio class 235lbs goal weight when i started was 275 now it’s 199.

I love lifting! Wish I took it more seriously in my twenties. Oh well, no time like the present! If anyone struggles with routine or just wants one area they don’t have to think and they can just show up, the Ladder app is wonderful!
