Truck drivers are just out here doing their job and more than likely are also on cruise control and depending on topography and the weight of their truck and uphill incline can slow them down temporarily, but when they are going faster than another vehicle, they get over and pass instead of breaking because breaking slows them down and it takes longer for the truck to speed back upnothing personal
