My insurance did this. Sent me for a Neuro evaluation after my TBI. Their Dr. said I failed the test so bad I must be faking. No. I was just in That bad of shape. It was hell until I called a lawyer.

This just happened to me. Case manager tried to get their doctor involved and he said he couldn’t help and in already doing everything. She also said yesterday I’m getting a new case manager. This will be my 3rd one

WSIB did that but it was their non medical case manager who decided he knew more than their own medical specialists
