@itsmrskelly: There so much to this life, and it’s so short. And our attempts to figure it out, and one another out, can mostly feel futile. So many of the valuable lessons in life are learned too late, and whatever wisdom we hope to gain or give tends to come when we least accept it. If you look up from your phone and look around, what you think the world looks like will often be a reflection of what you’re focusing on. It’s easy, as many of us are victims of multiple billion dollar algorithmic machine, to see our feeds and imagine that must be what life is like. Like we’re always on edge, always on the defense, always perked and ready for war. There’s so much that we don’t understand, and we don’t have to hate it just because of that.
