After 28 years I just realized I see this guy and realize I got the same manners and mindset like him

I learn a lot from this. Unfortunately a lot of my life was just being idle, and it allowed bad thoughts in. I want to be more productive, and to work more, but it’s hard when you can’t find anything. I’m trying my best. I hope that I can become productive like Jensen someday.

@ALPHA:This is the truth nobody wants to hear. The people who made it didn't wait for the world to notice them. They just worked.
I did 3 months of free work to get my first freelance gig. Cold messages, podcasts, rejection. Not because it was fun. Because stopping meant failing.
Small country, no connections, no guarantee and I still found my first order by going door to door on fb. That's not luck. That's survival instinct turned into discipline.
The world doesn't owe you recognition for effort. It only responds to results. Either you keep going until something breaks open, or you stop and wonder what if.
Die trying or stay comfortable. Either way you must create resources to survive.

This is a trauma response actually. That feeling like you can’t take a break and rest because you’re not getting something done is a result of being conditioned to always be moving. For our generation (gen x/elder millennials) we have this because we were always being called lazy by teachers coaches parents etc. this expectation to to always be moving or being blamed because we weren’t getting something done is very common for our generation. He mentioned how he was playing football and went head first into another kid’s head and knocked himself out completely and his father had no concern for him or his health. Zero urgency about Jensen being ok, but just quietly kept saying he needs to get up and finish the game. Just one example of many. That feeling like if you actually take care of your own needs you’re being a bad person. If you’re not making something better or helping or fixing or getting something done then you’ve wasted the day or you’re not a good person and deserve some kind of punishment. It’s not anxiety but it is a problem. Rest is not a waste of time. Allowing yourself to recuperate and rejuvenate is not being lazy. It’s not weak to acknowledge your pain or needs and address them. But he wasn’t raised to believe that his health should be prioritized.

🌹And some people are just that way, some people are hyper, energy they should share...haa....imagine being stuck in one place like a hotel room, anyone would be like "let me out!" it's human nature.🌹
