Looks like an interesting project and I wish you the best of luck with it.
One thing I’d suggest is making sure you’ve checked all of the licensing and regulatory requirements. Once you start offering overnight accommodation, even in tents or glamping-style setups, there can be requirements around accommodation registration, local authority approvals, sanitation facilities, fire safety, business registration, taxes and other regulations.
A lot of people assume that owning or leasing land is enough, but hospitality businesses can have additional requirements depending on the scale and setup.
Not saying you’ve missed any of this, but because you’re documenting the entire project publicly, it’s worth making sure everything is fully compliant from the start. It would be a shame to build something great and then run into problems later.
