@dontgobaconmyheart_: I know I typically stick to main dishes, but I get asked a lot about what sides I use, so thought I’d share one that I’ve been making a lot recently. Yes, you could definitely have this as a main, but just like Mac and cheese, it makes an awesome side dish too. Plus, it’s all made in one pot with just a handful of simple ingredients - what’s not to love?!
