starbucks payed for two of my surgeries in full and gave me full time off during my recovery and had reasonable pay… left to work a “big girl” job and got laid off after a year and was treated like trash there. every job since will never match the love i have for Starbucks as an employer even if they have some stuff they could do a lot better with

Tbh I don’t mind the job is upper management that drives me nuts. I just wish they’d stick to one thing and not go back and forth on everything

For everyone in the comments talking about how this job is or isn’t draining, IT DEPENDS ON MANAGEMENT I PROMISE. Good manager = you’ll love work. I’ve worked hella stores and in different states. Trust.

I enjoy working at Starbucks but my trainer doesn't like me asking questions or will leave early from work just so I could stay working as CS. since I am behind I only know warming, POS, and CS. I am practically a coverage

I have the best government job. I live with my 69 year old grandma and bf and I earn 4k a month through IHSS. I stay home and makes sure she doesn’t fall, I make her meals, and I make sure she takes her medication. She’s really chill and my bestie. IHSS is the best if you have someone in your life that qualifies. I get to go to full time school as well.
