As someone with POTS and Fibromyalgia and arthritis constantly being told to "exercise" to fix all my problems but never acrually given a safe way to do that, I thank you. regular exercise is very difficult and often leads to fainting or injury. I wish more people, especially doctors, would talk about accessible exercises like this. I didnt even know they were a thing until you showed up on my fyp.

I understand it is a lot of work, so I get if it’s not something you’d want to do, but if you had a YouTube with follow-along versions of these videos, I’m sure you’d get a lot of views, too! Not needing to set a timer and having a constant reference of correct form would be super helpful!! I save your videos but always end up searching workouts on YouTube 🥲

If your day is packed and dont have even 10 mins things like calf raises in lines when you get to that point help beat the boredom, fidgeting and shortens what you have to do later in the day.

Real dumb question… what if I can no longer do calf raises? After my back surgery and a bit of weight gain, my ankles don’t work the way they used to. I imagine it’s just atrophy, but I am curious if you know anything that can help. Thank you so much for your videos, your modified workout are slowly getting implemented into my day to day.
