It wouldn't make any sense. Hair transplants work because the hairs from back or sides of the head are more resistant to DHT. Scalp still has the same tension, but the hairs don't fall out after the surgery

have been on Finasteride for 5 months and Minoxidil foam for 4 months, but I haven't seen any improvement. My hair is still shedding, and my crown is getting thinner. I had a hair transplant 1 year and 10 months ago. A week ago, I started using tretinoin and a derma stamp, and I switched to Dutasteride 0.5 mg. How long does Dutasteride take to work? Will the hairs that are falling out grow back? Can I stay on Dutasteride if I get married and want to have children? If not, how long before trying to conceive should I stop taking it?
