Not good for hyperthyroidism .Hypothyroidism is different and iodone helps with Hypothyroidism not hyperthyroidism .

I wish I could take sea moss everyday, but the headaches. I put iodine on my throat when it was sore or felt irritated back in the spring, and it helped.
