@giovannisiracusaa: The Easiest Almond Cookies You’ll Ever Make 🍪 Today I made these Sicilian almond cookies with my little cousin Aubriella❤️ These cookies are soft in the center and very easy to make. Naturally gluten-free and made with just a few ingredients! One bite takes me back to Cefalù, enjoying one of these with a coffee by the Duomo🇮🇹 Ingredients: 750g superfine almond flour 500g sugar 3 egg whites A few dashes of almond extract Powdered sugar, for coating Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and sugar and mix well.  3. Add the egg whites and almond extract and mix well. 4. Try rolling a small piece into a ball. If the mixture is too dry to hold together, add a little more egg white and mix again. 5. Roll the dough into golf ball-sized pieces and coat each one in powdered sugar. Place them on the baking sheet and gently pinch the tops. 6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are set.  #almond #cookie #fyp
