I will agree with everything except... If we talk about antiquity in the long run, the Greek civilizations (Minoan, Mycenaean, etc.) appear centuries before the rise of Rome. If we talk about area and political power, ancient Rome surpassed ancient Greece by creating a huge empire. Many historians even see the two traditions as intertwined: Rome adopted and spread a large part of Greek culture.

Been to both,fell in love with Venice but also fell in love with Rhodes,both beautiful. Been to Rome and Verona too but Venice and Rhodes were my favourites
