If u wondering how to pour your love kan, u can start with small act of kindness. Bagi makan haiwan, talk nicely to strangers and etc. One kindness everyday, maybe. Even if u rasa u dont receive enough, its okay. At least u giveeee something. Thats what counts di akhirnya.

I used to celebrate every win in others.. Every birthday x pernah lupa. Dorang achieve something semua i celebrate.. Even anak2 kawan i achieve something i always made sure i gifted them good sbb it made me feel alive tapi i stopped doing it sbb when i gave too much, somehow it made them feel like its obligatory for me to be there and im a bad guy if im not. Sekarang i shifted to being good to strays, belanja strangers yg i nampak kat kedai makan, kwn2 yg do actually appreciate me and my family shj. Now im trying to be good to myself. Doakan ☺️

it gets to the point i speak to random plants on my way to class, talking abt pls grow healthy and pray for me especially when i water em. i feel so stupid for being this much, but nature isn’t like human that would take advantage of me and this is js the way i am unfortunately
