i hide most of my emotions from people, shield them, they see me and say they understand and can handle it. then they see the full circle of my emotions and rage, and get too drained and see me as too much. they say im not consistent with my words, self centered, and attention seeking. hoo boy hypomania and depression cycle

I’m happy that bipolar disorder is now more frequently seen as neurodivergence. Our brains aren’t wired as the regular brain and we see, feel and experience the world in different ways, frequently causing deficits and hardships in our lives. There are some perks of course but it’s mostly sorrow and struggle lol
