You’ve broken it down perfectly.. the panic is just a lack of interest.. those who don’t know how to handle the real version of things, will always choose to pull away.. rather than communicate.. Once this realisation hits.. the whole game completely shifts.. there’s a lot of power in admitting why the chase is just a distraction from being ready for something real xx

I’ve been chatting to a guy for 5 months and we get on great but he still can’t take that step to meet up. Says he loves my voice notes, we’ve done video calls and messages and he says that we must meet but it never materialises and he don’t ever set a date. I’m fed up of hinting. I don’t hear from him for days then he’ll appear again. I’m getting tired of waiting so I’m going on a date with someone else now next weekend. I’m putting myself first from now on.

he waited 43 years for me , finally got me & behaved like this ... couldn't handle he's emotions what came up & he's nervous system activation .... as a secure person I had to leave 💔 he was an avoidant...I saw it all...sad
