I filed and I have to pay the processing fee of 338$ and then, BAM! My attorney let me pay her monthly until I’m done paying her. I’ll be paid off in 2 months and then my life starts over “financially”. I can’t wait to start over financially and get this shit done CORRECTLY as a grown up lol ugh. 😑

We filed May 13th (25k in debt, kept our car and let our house go, will never trust an HOA again🙄) and our 341 is June 17th!! My score went from 550 to 716 already!!? We should discharge by August!

Just did my 341 today. It was less than 5 min! My only regret was not filing sooner! The amount of money I threw away on cc payments was ridiculous.

Don’t know how bankruptcy is looked at as a bad thing, my mom filed back in 2008, within 6 months she was getting credit card offers. In less than a year her credit score was at 750.
