Dog was not under their control. Should never be left out like that in a neighborhood. Dangerous for everyone including the dog.

my little dog got bitten of a dog like this and he almost died i mean they just wanted to play and you never know what happens and i would also be scared because this is NOT a small dog and the big dogs are not always friendly as everyone think they are (sorry my english is bad i'm actually german)
