Grass feed weed killer, it fertilises the grass and only kills off the weeds I had to use it for mine :)

You could lay down weed membrane over the part where you want the patio? it is fairly cheap £6 for I think, 10 meters in Home Bargains 😊

Miracle gro 4 in 1 moss and weed remover I think it's called. Be prepared for it to go black but the magic will get rid of the weeds and or moss and replace it with grass... your grass will be about 4ft in a week

Did you apply a weed killer to kill the weeds that were there before you seeded? If not then this could be why they are now growing through the grass.

No professional but have lived in a new build for 3 years now😂 I do think the weeds at the back are just germinating into your grass. Maybe pop some weed membrane down at the back so they dont come back?

Miracle-gro feed and weed is kid and pet friendly. We have two dogs who would eat everything so also needed something non-toxic - deffo a massive improvement. Wouldn’t say completely gone but FAR less
