my go to for the iron portions - air fryer chick peas with a lil avocado oil and garlic powder, Cook spinach on the stove top and add two eggs scrambled, pumpkin seeds in salad for an extra crunch

I think we should be taking into consideration blood type based diets. my body hates fresh fruit and some fresh vegetables, unless they're cooked. the enzymes don't always break down easily depending on your body and what it actually wants and what it rejects. everyone's so different so generalizing is actually really damaging, even in this case, but I do believe promoting awareness of what can give you the vitamins you need, is really important!
