I agree with everything except about the money part. Let's be realistic, you cannot start a business with 500 dollars and every business on earth needs a capital if you want to make it work. It's the point when you start earning how you spend/invest the money. If you buy an expenaive car your future of the business is predictable. If you use the capital to build up the business, to inveat in it, if needed to hire people, there is no upper limit where your business will go. So do not sell the story that you/he/whoever should give away half, because exatctly all those 10k would be needed, even much more to start a business and keep it working.

Even if you have contacts or relationships with individuals, how are you going to start a business in nursing with $500? Last I checked retirement & nursing homes cost, multi millions of dollars.
