Look tipping is stupid. The restaurant should pay their employees a livable wage. But for some reason, they don’t even have to pay a minimum wage because they’re serve so we have the American people need to tip the server. Now it used to be that 10% was a standard. Now it’s 15% is a standard. And we can adjust that on how good our server was if our server was better than average give them 20% if they were exceptional give them 25%. If they’re very poor, still tip and give a minimum of 10%. But it is your responsibility as someone who goes out to eat to help these people survive and that means you need to tip your server.

this is obviously BS once I run your credit card I would turn it to you I pick it up so how could someone give you your receipt back but also if you're policy is not to trip your server The food prices at a restaurant are kept lower because we're paid less we don't even make
